Utilize huge RPSL database of experienced Bangladeshi employees.

  • RPSL provide local manpower and payroll services.
  • Bangladesh laws require maintaining expatriate: local recruitment ratio.
  • RPSL helps recruit local staff through RPSL in order for the clients to maintain that ratio. Currently the ratio is 5:1 (i.e., five local recruits for each foreign recruit)

Alternatively, RPSL supplies Bangladeshi nationals on our own payrolls for short and mid term contracts without going through client employment.
