  • Mohammad Al Maruf Khan brings to the company 26 years of experience in finance and accountancy, including positions as Finance Director of a major shipping/logistics company in Bangladesh and as a principal of the one of the top 10 accounting firms in the country. He has served on the board of the second largest clearing bank in Bangladesh, and is currently vice chairman of a leading investment bank. Mr. Khan is a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAE&W) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
  • Hafiz Choudhury has more than 27 years of experience in UK and international taxation, and has worked on international tax issues on inward investment to Bangladesh covering double taxation relief, characterization of income, PE issues, and availability of tax incentives. His main focus is on global taxation issues and he has worked in locations as diverse as India, UK, Qatar, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Seychelles, The Netherlands, USA, Mongolia, Latvia and China. In a personal capacity, he has served as the general editor of the UN Transfer Pricing Manual, released in October 2013. He received his professional tax training with HM Board of Inland Revenue in the UK (now HMRC).
